Baile na Cúirte, meaning "town of the court or Courtown", a rural area approximately 3 miles from the Dungarvan town centre. It boasts the most idyllic of Golf courses with spectacular vies of the Ireland's southern coastline.

The Ballinacourty Lighthouse was built in 1858. A beacon to ships entering the harbour in days gone by. Today it stands proud, guarding the entrance to Dungarvan Bay.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the lighthouse photo. Actually, all the pics are beautiful. Thanks for posting. I've never heard of Ballinacourty. :)

Good luck on the A to Z Challenge. I'm looking forward to reading more.

So beautiful! How green is that grass? It's like the definition of green.

Dividing time between Wisconsin and Ireland sounds great! I'm in Chicago area and would love to get over to Ireland (I've been to England but not the rest of the UK). Love the pictures!
