Baile na Cúirte, meaning "town of the court or
Courtown", a rural area approximately 3 miles from the Dungarvan town centre. It boasts the most idyllic of Golf courses with spectacular vies of the Ireland's southern coastline.

The Ballinacourty Lighthouse was built in 1858. A beacon to ships entering the harbour in days gone by. Today it stands proud, guarding the entrance to Dungarvan Bay.
