Engagement Party, Ireland 8/10 Dilin & Katie |
The reason for this break? In five days, family members begin arriving from Nashville, TN and Co. Waterford, Ireland for my son's wedding. The past week has been spent trying to get the garden in some sort of usable state. Due to the winter that refused to loosen its grip well into May everything is sooo far behind. Then there are those pesky half finished jobs in the house that went unnoticed until last week. Funny how that happens!
I will be back in regular blog mode in about two weeks. Do pop back in a few weeks....even if it is only to see the'HAT'.
PS Hope this works...Blogger has been very unsettled lately!!! Fingers crossed.

I hope you have a wonderful time at the wedding, and that the work isn't too overwhelming beforehand!
Ann,
I agree...blogger has been very tempermental lately! I have left comments on some blogs never to be seen again. It is frustrating!
Anyway, I can't wait to see photos of your son's wedding so do enjoy and treasure every moment of your time with family and friends during this lovely event!
Ann, enjoy the wedding. Catch you soon when you can put your feet up.
I hope it all goes really well for you and the happy couple, exciting days!!
Congrats on the wedding and family fun, Ann! Don't worry about the fickle cattle that wander about blog landscape... they'll come back, or they won't. :-)
A wedding! How exciting. Can't wait to see that hat and hear all about the day. Have a wonderful time.
Weddings are always exciting and stressful. Good luck with getting everything together, and congrats on something so happy to celebrate. :)

Sounds like a break is definitely called for! Enjoy the festivities, and many congrats to that darling couple.
Enjoy the wedding and enjoy the break.
This is Munir from Focus. I am having trouble commenting as myself.
Wait, you lost followers??? Weird!
Have a great time, enjoy the wedding, looking forward to seeing The Hat!
Oh, congratulations on an upcoming wedding! That's so exciting. Hope you get to everything you need to so you can have fun.
Amy
Enjoy your time off with family and have a wonderful time at the wedding.
I did not post for 10 days, lost two friends.
well, when your followers are more than 300, it is impossible for you to visit all of them..
you will get more tomorrow.
cheers,
Wow, congrats on the wedding. I think that if people stop following just because you don't post for a week or two that is just people who blog hop. I have no set day that I blog and if people choose not to follow me that I'm sorry that I couldn't satisfy their needs. I don't stop following unless there is information on there all the time that I find offensive or not useful. I don't stop following my friends because I like to support them when I can. I am always a few thousand behind in reading because I follow so many.
Hi Ann,
When you get back ...
Just wanted to say 'thank you' for your support during my A-Z blogging month. I've created a fun "no strings attached" blog award for you and all of the other awesome bloggers who offered feedback and encouragement.
You can view the award and my thank you note here:

Have a great wedding Ann and of course we'll all be waiting to see the HAT ... prior to the champagne corks popping and the glasses clinching, of course! Enjoy, enjoy this special day.
Congratulations, I hope that you enjoy the festivities.
I'm running a poll for what book I should read and share my thoughts about next on the Kelworth Files, and I really need book lovers, (particularly science fiction and fantasy) to give me their opinion. So, come by http://kelworthfiles.wordpress.com/2011/05/29/a-wizard-of-mars-chapter-fifteen/ and check out the poll options!
Hope you enjoy the wedding, and look forward to when you are back blogging.
Looking forward to hearing all about the wedding. Our son got married 5 years ago and I was the wedding planner - it was so wonderful! Now we have a daughter. Is this your first to get married?
Hope the wedding went well.
I'm looking forward to when you start posting again.
All the best, Boonie
Love the picture, but now I want to see wedding pictures!
Missed you.
Enjoy your break. I don't understand why you would have a drop in some followers because of being away for awhile. How impatient! You haven't been "missing" for that long!
